1General Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 8abc platform and all its services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between 8abc ("we", "us", "our") and the user ("you", "your").

8abc is an international online gaming platform operating under a licensed authority. Compliance with our Terms and Conditions is mandatory for all registered members. While these Terms are made available in Bengali, the English version shall prevail in the event of any interpretive dispute.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform.
• Each individual may register one account only.
• 8abc reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
• Users are solely responsible for their own use of the platform.

2Account Register

Accurate and complete information is required when registering an account at 8abc. The name, date of birth, phone number, and address provided at registration must be truthful. Accounts registered with false or incomplete information may be cancelled at any time.

Each user may operate only one account. Attempting to open multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method will be considered a violation of the terms and conditions.

• Identity verification (KYC) may be required after registration.
• It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password secure.
• Accounts must not be shared with or used by any third party.
• If you suspect suspicious login activity or unauthorized access, contact support immediately.

3Deposit Policy

Deposits at 8abc can be made via Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved payment methods. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 50 and the maximum per transaction is BDT 50,000. The daily deposit limit is BDT 100,000.

All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits are generally credited instantly, though in some cases banking system delays may extend processing time up to 30 minutes.

• No additional charges are applied to deposits.
• Only payment methods registered in the user's own name may be used.
• Payments via third parties are not accepted.

4Withdrawal Policy

A completed KYC verification is required before withdrawing from 8abc. The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 200, and the daily maximum is BDT 500,000. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–30 minutes.

To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, the relevant wagering requirements must be met. If a terms and conditions violation is suspected, 8abc may temporarily hold a withdrawal request for review.

5Bonuses & Promotions

8abc offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which are detailed on the relevant promotion page. Please read those terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

• Welcome Bonus: Get up to 150% bonus on your first deposit. Wagering requirement is 30x.
• Reload Bonus: Weekly reload bonus of up to 20%. Wagering requirement is 20x.
• Cashback Bonus: 10% cashback on weekly losses. No wagering required.
• Referral Bonus: BDT 200 bonus for every successful referral.

Bonus abuse or attempts to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account closure. 8abc reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

6Responsible Gaming

8abc believes gaming is for entertainment — not a solution to financial or personal problems. We actively promote responsible gaming. A core part of our Terms and Conditions is ensuring the mental and financial well-being of our users.

• Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits can be set for each account.
• Self-exclusion is available for a period of 24 hours to 6 months if needed.
• When the Reality Check feature is enabled, a session summary will be displayed after a set period of time.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a direct violation of 8abc's Terms and Conditions:

• Money laundering or any form of illegal financial activity.
• Operating multiple accounts or misusing bonuses.
• Use of software bots, automated scripts, or hacking tools.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate games.
• Using 8abc's brand or trademarks without authorization.
• Attempting to complete KYC using a false identity or forged documents.
• Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems.

8Account Closure and Suspension

8abc reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice. In most cases, however, users will be notified via email or SMS before an account is closed.

• Immediate closure for violations of the Terms and Conditions.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (over 12 months) may be deactivated automatically.
• Users may also request account closure themselves.
• Prior to account closure, users will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the 8abc platform — including logos, trademarks, game designs, software code, text, graphics, and other materials — is the intellectual property of 8abc or its licensors. No material may be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Attempting to reverse engineer or decompile any game content or any part of the platform is strictly prohibited.

10Limitation of Liability

8abc strives to deliver its services to the highest standard. However, 8abc accepts limited liability for any losses resulting from technical issues, server downtime, or third-party payment system failures.

• 8abc is not responsible for game session interruptions caused by network issues.
• No compensation will be provided for losses caused by device or connectivity issues on the user's end.
• 8abc is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters or government directives.

11Terms & Conditions Change Policy

8abc reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Registered users will be informed of significant changes via email or an on-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
